Floris quits Tank86 due to health problems
Tank86 guitarist Floris Lambregts quits the band. Dealing with health issues for some time now forced him to make this decision. Tank86 is now in search of a new guitarist.<br />

Floris :"The last year and a half, I’ve been facing problems with exhaustion and fatigue. As a result of which I’m taking some indefinite time off to take care of my health. I’m not out of music, nor is Tank86 stopping. <br />
I’m off with mixed feelings, because I love this band and these guys but I really need to do something about it now."<br />

Although this is a setback for the rest of the band, the search for a new guitarist has already begun.<br />
Guitarist Joost Kruiswijk: "Of course it sucks to see Floris go, especially because nobody wanted this to happen. We can’t control things like this. The upcoming gigs have been cancelled and that to is very hard on the band, fans and bookers. However, we’ve got a complete album worth of new material and we have to find a worthy replacement as soon as possible. Once we find our new guitarist we will record the new album and after that we want to go on tour. From that point of view it’s business as usual."<br />
